So it's summer break over here on the northern side of the world.
It's hot, balmy, humid and the streets are still busy and bustling, air cons are whirring out their last spins and rainbow ice cream is dripping all over that little boys hands.
This summer I decided to stay back in Shanghai (oh man, I miss you Melbourne) as I'm doing an internship at the radio station of Shanghai Media Group (SMG) - Kinda like doing an internship at Mix 101.1 or Fox FM. And...it's been AWESOME but so super stressful and tiring. Doing work hours everyday from 9-6 is so intense, goodness am I not ready to enter the workforce.
I don't know about you, but when I get really stressed out, if I'm wearing a crappy outfit, I'll be in such a terrible mood and would probably just crack it. So I like to dress nice and colourful, basically to deflect all the negative moods and feelings that are inside of me.
Wearing a nice outfit just makes me feel like I have it all together (like when your underwear matches and you feel like you've got your life sorted - am I right ladies?)
