So I've been attracting a lot of interest on how I make my smoothie bowls recently. And voila ! Here is an updated version of my recipe's.Disclaimer: I am a horrible cook, these may look complicated but they are SOOO not, I'm such a no fuss foodie and you CAN NOT taste the kale, I promise you hehe. If you're new to smoothie bowls, they may taste too "fresh" and "healthy" LOL I used to think that too, but your tastebuds will learn to adjust and your body will love you for it. I now crave smoothie bowls at 11pm at night, I cannot go through 2 days without making one hehe enjoy !
Açai Bowl
Blend: Almond Milk, Açai Powder (I used Loving Earth), Kale, Banana, Blueberries, Blackberries
Toppings: Craisins, Chia Seeds, Buckini's (Loving Earth), Blueberries, Strawberries, Pear
Tropical Island Bowl
Blend: Almond Milk, Kale, Banana, Mango, Pineapple
Toppings: Chia Seeds, Buckini's (Loving Earth), Blueberries, Strawberries, Pineapple, Mango, Passionfruit
Smooth Greens Bowl
Blend: Almond Milk, Kale, Banana
Toppings: Chia Seeds, Buckini's (Loving Earth), Strawberries, Pineapple, Passionfruit
Mango Madness Bowl
Blend: Almond Milk, Kale, Banana, mango
Toppings: Chia Seeds, Buckini's (Loving Earth), Raspberries, Mango, Passionfruit
Berry Good Bowl
Blend: Almond Milk, Kale, Banana, Strawberries, Raspberries
Toppings: Chia Seeds, Buckini's (Loving Earth), Raspberries, Strawberries, Passionfruit
One Eyed One Horned Purple People Eater (hehe)
Blend: Almond Milk, Açai Powder, Kale, Banana, Pink Pitaya (Pink Dragonfruit)
Toppings: Chia Seeds, Buckini's (Loving Earth), Pink Piaya, Strawberries, Passionfruit

You've probably noticed a few staples:• Almond Milk

• Kale
• Banana
*These recipe's are all vegan, and everyone, don't be afraid of fruit, fruit does not make you fat. These always give me so much energy. I literally have not fallen in class ALL SEMESTER, high 5 !
