Oh me, Oh my omelette

I've been making such grouse omelette's these past few weeks so I thought I'd share my two favourite (the two most aesthetically pleasing ones) HAHAHA



Corri, Capsi, Mushie

Ingredients
• 2 eggs
• Almond milk
• Pinch of coriander leaves
• A few spinach leaves
• 1 small capsicum
• Handful of mushrooms
• Soy sauce

Instructions
1. Chop spinach leaves and corainder
2. Beat 2 eggs with a dash of almond milk
3. Mix spinach and coriander in
4. You cook dat omelette !
5. Stir fry capsicum and mushrooms in some olive oil and a dash of soy sauce
6. Plate that sucker !


Green Eggs and Salmon

Don't be fooled by its green appearance, you cannot taste the spinach at all I promise you ! 
Just tastes like plain jane wonderful omelette.

Ingredients
• 2 eggs
• Almond milk
• Handful of spinach leaves
• A piece of smoked salmon
• Half an avo
• A few mushrooms
• Herbs (to season mushrooms)
• Cream cheese (I used the cow brand, forgot the name LOL)
• Sauce of your liking ! (This was thousand island mixed with chilli)

Instructions
1. Chuck dem eggs, dash of milk and spinach leaves into a bledner
2. Blend it like a smoothaaay
3. You cook dat omelette !
4. Sautée or whatever those mushies in some olive oil and herbs to season  
5. Lather some cream cheese on your omelette
6. Add the salmon, avocado and mushrooms on top
7. Squidge some sauce on
8. Andddddd serve !
