Sometimes studying in thy motherland isn't all that bad...
My friend Vinci (she studies in Hong Kong) and I realised last year that we are in OPTIMUM positioning for travelling Asia.
So this Summer holidays, after she'd been in Melbourne while everyone had already started uni, and I had my intensive 2 month internship (i.e. I didn't have a holiday), we were both like hey! Let's go somewhere. And voila, we ended up in Taipei, Taiwan for the Full Moon Festival long weekend :)
