Hello my babies! While I was doing my usual hourly Facebook
scroll (stalk) and saw that Chobani had a 10 for $10 sale so I rushed over and
bought them. If you’ve never tried Chobani before, get on it! I promise you won’t
regret :).
They come in servings of one in tubs or pouches and are perfect for a snack or
if you’re too lazy to get up early in the morning it is the perfect breakfast.
Yogurt has so many health benefits so I thought I’d share a few with you guys. I prefer Greek yogurt because it has twice the amount of protein and calcium compared to regular yogurt, but both are good! There are too many health benefits, and I have an assignment that’s due tomorrow that I haven’t started (uni student life) so I’ll just list 3.
1. Yogurt with active cultures has heaps of good for you bacteria
These probiotics can help regulate your digestive system. They balance the bacteria in your digestive tract and can help prevent diarrhea, constipation and other digestive problems. They can also reduce the excess gas which reduces bloating! The probiotics can also help boost your immune system.
2. Yogurt has lowering effects on blood pressure
This might not relate to many of us yet since we’re still we’re still at a young age, but the potassium in yogurt can flush away the excess sodium in your body and lower your blood pressure.
3. Yogurt contains plenty of vitamins and minerals
Yogurt contains calcium, phosphorus, iodine, magnesium, potassium, zinc, selenium, iron, chloride, vitamin B, A, E. SO MANY RIGHT? HAHA
Sorry for such a short post :( Hope you’ve had a lovely day!
